29142 Possible Causes:
29142 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 29142 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
