29138 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition switch run position, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start signal for back-up lights, short to ground or change nox sensor bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
29138 Possible Causes:
29138 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 29138 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 11 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
