This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent and wait then fuel level sensor 2, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
29124 Possible Causes:
29124 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 29124 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
