This something to do with the intake camshaft timing radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit high also diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
29121 Possible Causes:
29121 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 29121 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch recognition, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
