29110 Description And Summary :

When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration . On the other hand fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit is the final reason of the code.

29110 Possible Causes:

29110 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 29110 Code

  • Inspect all the connections auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
