This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data bus powertrain, implausible message from immobilizer you can see the bank 1, system too rich off idle is the final reason of the code. |
29109 Possible Causes:
29109 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 29109 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
