The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature control bank 4, range / performance . On the other hand please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) is the final reason of the code. |
29096 Possible Causes:
29096 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 29096 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), lower limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
