The problem is about relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical and activation starter relay 2, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
29046 Possible Causes:
29046 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 29046 Code
- Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
