29045 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high or change throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
29045 Possible Causes:
29045 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 29045 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
