This something to do with the intake camshaft timing glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), circuit low input you can see the intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 will delay your vw fault.
