29027 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit also data-bus powertrain, implausible message from engine controller is the final reason of the code.

29027 Possible Causes:

29027 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Reverse Input Circuit
  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
  • Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
  • Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 29027 Code

  • Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
