29016 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing brake switch circuit, error message from engine contr. mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit also exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
29016 Possible Causes:
29016 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 29016 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), circuit low input
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
