29014 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed or change control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature is the final reason of the code. |
29014 Possible Causes:
29014 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 29014 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
