This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible it can suddenly lead to a significantly more starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) you can see the throttle actuator control system, forced idle is the final reason of the code.
