29008 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reversing light, circuit open . So for next exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
29008 Possible Causes:
29008 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 29008 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c request b, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
