Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), electrical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system power supply (b+) terminal 15, open circuit and wait then reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

28993 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 28993 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
