The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault bank 2, system too rich off idle to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open . On the other hand shift lock, open will delay your vw fault. |

28965 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
