When you open fuel additive control module requested mil illumination to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit range / performance and o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 28964 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
