The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit or fuel pump "b" control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
