This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle plate control 2, malfunction or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |

28956 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28956 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
