Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed . On the other hand malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
28955 Possible Causes:
28955 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28955 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
