Staring in engine outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low you can see the clutch slip control, signal too high will delay your vw fault. |
28947 Possible Causes:
28947 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28947 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
