Staring in engine o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit or change injector control pressure, erratic is the final reason of the code. |
28945 Possible Causes:
28945 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28945 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
