The problem is about ignition switch run/start position, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded you can see the o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, performance is the final reason of the code. |
28945 Possible Causes:
28945 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28945 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
