Staring in engine potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed data bus powertrain, missing message for central electric controller or change turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal high is the final reason of the code. |
28944 Possible Causes:
28944 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28944 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
