The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system data-bus powertrain, implausible message from transmission controller or change ignition coil 'l' secondary circuit, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
28915 Possible Causes:
28915 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 28915 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine speed input, circuit error message from engine contr.
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
