28913 Possible Causes:
28913 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 28913 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
