Diagnosing engine bar with turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system torque management request input signal b or change secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
28912 Possible Causes:
28912 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 28912 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
