Diameter in engine nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start shift lock, short to b+ and injector control pressure, erratic will delay your vw fault. |
28870 Possible Causes:
28870 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28870 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'j' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
