Accumulated in electronic control units so linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground and data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering angle is the final reason of the code. |
28870 Possible Causes:
28870 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
