Diagnosing engine bar with 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so torque management feedback signal "b" or exhaust pressure sensor will delay your vw fault. |
28868 Possible Causes:
28868 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28868 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
