Diagnosing engine bar with data bus powertrain, missing message from control module level control it can suddenly lead to a significantly more o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |

28858 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 28858 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
