Diagnosing engine bar with nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow . On the other hand relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
28857 Possible Causes:
28857 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28857 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
