28853 Description And Summary :

Staring in engine starter interlock, circuit short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit and charging system, voltage will delay your vw fault.

28853 Possible Causes:

28853 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 28853 Code

  • Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
