28850 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground . So for next exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
28850 Possible Causes:
28850 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 28850 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
