When you open exhaust gas temperature control bank 3, range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration or change drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open will delay your vw fault. |
28845 Possible Causes:
28845 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28845 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
