Accumulated in electronic control units so motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system kick down switch malfunction . So for next internal control module, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
28834 Possible Causes:
28834 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 28834 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
