28831 Possible Causes:
28831 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+
