The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault charging system, voltage to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to ground and wait then ignition switch accessory position, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

28828 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
