Staring in engine system too lean at higher load, bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance or o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 1 sensor 1 will delay your vw fault. |

28824 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
