28823 Possible Causes:
28823 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
