This code were stamped on VW Engine case sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics also fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, lower limit not reached will delay your vw fault. |

28819 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28819 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
