When you open o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles control module defective also camshaft position signal output, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
28817 Possible Causes:
28817 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 28817 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
