Staring in engine data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit high or a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
28811 Possible Causes:
28811 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28811 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "a", low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
