When you open transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ . On the other hand exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, electrical error in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
28810 Possible Causes:
28810 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 28810 Code
- Inspect all the connections supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
