Staring in engine fuel pump, short circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit you can see the signal for back-up lights, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
28807 Possible Causes:
28807 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28807 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
