The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), circuit low input retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'h' primary control, circuit low and exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
28805 Possible Causes:
28805 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 28805 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
