When you open intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake air heater "a", circuit high or ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
28803 Possible Causes:
28803 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28803 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
