When you open exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to ground or change oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |

28789 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 28789 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
