This something to do with the intake camshaft timing manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor torque management feedback signal "a", range / performance you can see the evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
28767 Possible Causes:
28767 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28767 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch run/start position, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
