Staring in engine drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance or valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
28744 Possible Causes:
28744 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28744 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
