Diagnosing engine bar with ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance and fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, higher limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
28723 Possible Causes:
28723 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28723 Code
- Inspect all the connections signal buzzer activation, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
