Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature control bank 3, range / performance or change relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
28723 Possible Causes:
28723 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28723 Code
- Inspect all the connections crankshaft position signal output, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
